LEASE OF SPACE IN A TWO-STOREY BUILDING LOCATED IN THE UP MANILA

INVITATION TO SUBMIT PROPOSAL

The University of the Philippines Manila – Philippine General Hospital, through its Bids and Awards Committee 2 (BAC 2), invites interested bidders for public bidding for the hereunder project:

Name of Project : LEASE OF SPACE IN A TWO-STOREY BUILDING LOCATED IN THE UP MANILA
Location : Former PNB Building, Along Taft Avenue
Philippine General Hospital Compound, University of the Philippines Manila
Brief Description : The property subject of the lease is a two-storey building with the following areas:
First Floor – 205.94 sq.m. Mezzanine Area - 54.76 sq.m.
Objective : The objective for the lease of the said prperty is to generate maximum addititonal income possible to support the operations and various projects of UP-PGH with optimum utilization of space in accordance with the UP Manila campus development plan.
Minimum Bid Amount : First Floor - Php1,200.00 per square meter per month
Mezzanine Area - Php1,000.00 per square meter per month
Period of the Lease : The lease contract for the subject property shall be for a period of three (3) years, reckoned from date of its signing and notarial seal, and maybe renewed for another two (2) years, after review by the LESSOR of the performance of the LESSEE. Should the LESSEE desire to renew this agreement after three (3) years, the LESSEE shall express such intention in writing at least three (3) months before expiration.
