Design & Build of the Biosafety Level 3 Laboratory

The design and build contractor shall prepare from the approved schematic design documents, the complete construction drawings and detailed technical specifications, cost estimates and the bill of quantities, setting forth in detail the work required for the architectural, structural, civil, landscape architecture, electrical, plumbing/sanitary, mechanical and other service connected equipment, utilities, site planning aspects and related works, electronic and communications and the site development plan of the project’s immediate environs.
