Addendum No. SBAC-VOM2015-08

This Addendum No. SBAC-VOM2015-08 is issued to modify or amend the following in connection with the Supply and Installation of Anesthesia Workstation (Anesthesia Machine with Ventilator and Complete Multi-Parameter Patient Monitor with Cables) – Single Bid intended for the Department of Anesthesiology which is scheduled on 29 June 2015. This shall form an integral part of the Bid Documents.
