Prospective bidders should have an active registration with the UP Manila Bids and Awards Committee 2 as civil works contractors. Bid documents are now available at the Campus Planning, Development and Maintenance Office. Dropping of sealed bids shall not be later than Friday, 17 May 2013, 11:30 am at the Internal Audit Office, 8/F, Central Block, PGH. Opening of bids immediately follows to be witnessed by the representative of the Internal Audit Office, UP Manila. Representatives of participating bidders may witness the opening.
