INVITATION TO SUBMIT PROPOSAL
(RE-BID)
The University of the Philippines Manila – Philippine General Hospital, through its Bids and Awards Committee 2 (BAC 2), invites bidders to apply for eligibility and, if found eligible, to bid for the hereunder contract:

Name of Project : MANNING OF CCTV MONITORING STATION
Location : Ground Floor of UPM's Information Technology Center
Brief Description : The contract shall cover the “24/7” provision of personnel and operation of the CCTV station
Contract Duration : One (1) year
Approved Budget One Million Four Hundred Eighty Nine Thousand One Hundred Ninety
for the Contract : Pesos and Sixty Four Centavos (Php1,489,190.64)

The list of minimum requirements is indicated in the Eligibility Form which is available at the BAC 2 Secretariat. Eligibility of prospective bidders shall be checked using a non-discretionary pass/fail criteria. Interested bidders should apply for eligibility by submitting the complete requirements.

2. Prebid Conference
16 February 2016, 1:30 p.m. at the BAC Conference Room, 2nd Floor Damian Hall, Joaquin Gonzales Compound, Padre Faura Manila.
3. Dropping of bids
01 March 2016 not later than 11:30 am Internal Audit Office, 8/F PGH
5. Opening of bids
01 March 2016 (Tuesday) 1:30 pm. 2nd Floor Damian Hall, Padre Faura

*all prospective bidders will be informed in case of any change in the above schedule.

The University of the Philippines Manila assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of their bids.

The University of the Philippines Manila reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any formality or defects therein, or to accept such bids as may be considered most advantageous to UP Manila.
