The University of the Philippines Manila, through its Bids and Awards Committee 2 (BAC 2), invites interested parties to submit proposals for the following lease contracts:

1. Name of Contract: ANNUAL PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE AND CALIBRATION OF THE ONE HUNDRED SIX (106) – UNITS OF VARIOUS MEDICAL EQUIPMENT
Location: PICU AND CENICU, PGH

Approved Budget for the
Contract: Php563,000.00
Contract Duration: One year, after receipt of Notice to Proceed

Deadline of submission of proposal/quotation shall be on 18 July 2017, 11:30 a.m. at the UP Manila Internal Audit Office, 8/F, PGH Central Block Building. Opening of proposals shall follow immediately at UP Manila Social Hall, 8/F, PGH Central Block Building.

The University of the Philippines Manila assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or idemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of their bids.
