REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

The University of the Philippines Manila, through its Bids and Awards Committee 2 (BAC 2), invites interested parties to submit proposals for the following contracts:

1. Name of Contract: Engineering Design Services for the Nurses' Home, Philippine General Hospital
Location: Philippine General Hospital

Approved Budget for the
Contract: Eight Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos (Php880,000.00)
Contract Duration: One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar days

Deadline of submission of proposal/quotation shall be on 29 August 2017, 11:30 a.m. at the UP Manila Internal Audit Office, 8/F, PGH Central Block Building. Opening of proposals shall be on 29 August 2017, 1:30 p.m. at UP Manila Social Hall, 8/F, PGH Central Block Building.

The University of the Philippines Manila assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or idemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of their bids.
