INVITATION TO SUBMIT EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

The University of the Philippines Manila, through its Bids and Awards Committee 2 (BAC 2), invites interested parties to submit proposals for the following lease contracts:

1. Name of Contract: PROCUREMENT OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR THE PHILIPPINE GENERAL HOSPITAL – QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (QMS) TRANSITION FROM 9001:2008 TO 9001:2015
Location: Institutional Research, Planning and Development Staff (IRPDS)

Approved Budget for the
Contract: Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php250,000.00)
Contract Duration: Thirty (30) calendar days
Evaluation Criteria: Quality Cost Based 80(Technical)/20(Financial)

Deadline of submission of proposal/quotation shall be on 23 January 2018, 1:00 p.m. at the UP Manila Internal Audit Office, 8/F, PGH Central Block Building. Opening of proposals shall follow at 1:30pm at Board Room, 8/F, PGH Central Block Building.
