INVITATION TO SUBMIT QUOTATION

The University of the Philippines Manila, through its Bids and Awards Committee 2 (BAC 2), invites interested parties to submit proposals for the following lease contracts:

1. Name of Contract: Supply and Installation of Office Furniture Cash Office, Joaquin Gonzales Compound, UP Manila
Location: Cash Office, UP Manila

Approved Budget for the
Contract: Nine Hundred Sixty One Thousand Seven Hundred Sixteen and Seventy Six Centavos(PhP961,716.76)
Contract Duration: Sixty (60) calendar days

Deadline of submission of proposal/quotation shall be on 29 May 2018, 1:00 p.m. at the UP Manila Internal Audit Office, 8/F, PGH Central Block Building. Opening of proposals shall follow at 1:30pm at Board Room, 8/F, PGH Central Block Building.

The University of the Philippines Manila assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or idemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of their bids.
