INVITATION TO BID

The University of the Philippines Manila-Philippine General Hospital, through its Bids and Awards Committee II (BAC II), invites interested service providers to apply for eligibility and if found eligible, to bid for the hereunder contract:

Name of Contract: PROVISION OF TRANSPORTATION / SHUTTLE SERVICES FOR UP MANILA EMPLOYEES
Approved Budget For Six Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos. The Contract (ABC) : (Php6,800,000.00)
Fund Source : PR-RF-1352-20-002
Contract Duration: 78 Days

Prospective bidders should possess licenses/permits applicable to the contract, have completed/ongoing similar contract with a value of at least 50% of the ABC, and have key personnel and equipment available for the prosecution of the contract. The BAC 2 will use non- discretionary pass/fail criteria in the Eligibility Check as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids. All bids shall be evaluated using the criteria set by UP Manila.

All particulars relative to the bidding process (from eligibility check up to the award of the contract) and implementation of the project shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of RA 9184 and its Implementing Regulations (IRR) and applicable Annexes.

The schedule of bidding activities is as follows:

Payment of Bid Documents: Php6,800.00
Order of payment shall be issued at the Office of the BAC 2 Secretariat 10 September 2020

2. Pre-Bidding Conference 16 September 2020 Via zoom. Interested bidders should send the name and email address of authorized representative who should be given access to join through mlrojo@up.edu.ph.

B. Opening of bids 29 September 2020
1:30 pm, UP Manila 4th Floor Dormitory University of the Philippines Manila.

The University of the Philippines Manila assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of their bids.

The University of the Philippines Manila reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any formality or defects therein, or to accept such bids as may be considered most advantageous to UP Manila.
