through the alternative method of procurement under Sec. 50 (c) of the Procurement Law (RA 9184). Eligible registered supplier/s of the item is invited to attend the BAC 3 meeting on 22 December 2020 01:30 PM via Zoom, interested bidders should send the BAC3 Secretariat the name and email address of authorized representative who should be given access to the meeting. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder’s representative who chose to attend at Procurement Office 4th Floor UP Manila Dormitory University of the Philippines Manila, Pedro Gil St., Ermita Manila. Please submit the following : Price Quotation, Mayor's/ Business Permit, PhilGEPS Certificate, Income/ Business Tax Return, Omnibus Sworn Statement and brochures (Annex “H” Appendix A, Revised IRR of RA 9184).

Please submit your government price quotation inclusive of VAT and state the time within which you can make delivery. It will be appreciated if we can have your sealed quotation duly signed by your authorized representative at the UP Manila Internal Audit Office located at 4th Floor, University of the Philippines Manila Dormitory, Pedro Gil St., Taft Ave., Ermita Manila not later than 11:30 A.M, 22 December 2020.
