INVITATION TO NEGOTIATE

The University of the Philippines Manila – Philippine General Hospital, through its Bids and Awards Committee 2 (BAC 2), invites interested bidders for negotiation for the hereunder project:

Name of Project : Manning the CCTV Monitoring Station for 2021,
University of the Philippines Manila.

Location : University of the Philippines Manila
Contract Duration : One (1) Year
Approved Budget Contract : One Million Nine Hundred Seventy-Two Thousand One Hundred Forty-
Five Pesos and Ten Centavos. (Php1,972,145.10)

Negotiations will be conducted in accordance with the pertinent provisions of the IRR of RA 9184, Section 53 on Negotiated Procurement.

The schedule of negotiation is as follows:

BAC 2 conduct meetings via zoom until such time that the implementation of community quarantine or similar government restrictions are lifted by the proper government authorities.

The prospective bidders are advised to register first @ https://up- edu.zoom.us/meeting/register/tZEpf-urpzouH9D_MYN3v_MvmRWg9Mt8gS7H and wait for further advice for the zoom link which shall be provided to the prospective bidders who successfully registered.

The prospective bidders are admitted first at the zoom waiting room, and BAC 2 will provide access once the opening of bids starts.

The University of the Philippines Manila assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of their bids.
